Influencer Rate Card for USA Campaigns

When I look at an influencer rate card for the US market, I do not start with a fixed table and stop there. I start with the business reason behind the post. A finance creator, a beauty creator and a food creator may all have the same follower count, but the value of the audience, the effort needed for the content and the risk around claims can be very different.

At JSAN Media, the biggest mistake I have seen is treating follower count like the whole story. Follower count starts the conversation, but it does not finish it. Expected views, average engagement, audience country, content type, creator trust, paid usage rights and exclusivity all change the final number.

If I were pricing a USA campaign, I would first estimate the base rate per one thousand followers or views. Then I would adjust for category. Finance, tech, B2B and professional education often deserve higher planning ranges because the customer value can be higher. Lifestyle, food and fashion can still perform very well, but creative quality and audience fit matter even more.

For a creator, the weekly routine can be simple: update profile numbers once a week, add content ideas as soon as they come, schedule the strongest ideas, mark posts as published, and store brand notes in the same dashboard. For a brand, the routine is similar: add the campaign, add creators, save quoted rates, track deliverables, and review what actually went live. When these steps are done in one place, the next campaign starts with memory instead of guesswork.

The more consistently you save audience numbers, campaign notes and content dates, the more valuable the planner becomes. It is not trying to replace creativity.
