Influencer Planner is a JSAN Media product built to help creators, brands and small agencies plan influencer campaigns without turning every private planning note into public data. The product is designed for the United States first, with support for other Tier-1 markets such as Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Data we collect
When you create an account, we may collect your name, email, username, password hash, plan, account status and login timestamps. If you use the planner, we may collect campaign records, creator CRM notes, content planner items, profile photo, bio, platform handles, follower counts, engagement rate, media kit URL, content pillars, rate notes, safety notes, audience country percentages and private campaign notes that you choose to enter.
When you contact us, we collect the name, email and message you submit. When you browse the public site, internal analytics may record page path, source, referrer, device type, timestamp, hashed IP identifier and hashed user-agent identifier. Raw IP addresses are not stored in our internal page-view table.
How we use data
We use account and planner data to provide the dashboard, campaign tracker, content planner, creator profile, admin support, abuse prevention and product improvement. We use aggregate analytics to understand which tools, guides and pages are useful so we can improve the site for real creators and marketers.
Advertising, analytics and cookies
If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on user settings, consent signals and applicable law. Visitors can learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use Google services at Google's partner sites policy.
Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may use cookies based on visits to this site and other sites to provide relevant ads, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and reporting. Google's advertising cookies help Google and its partners show ads based on visits to websites across the internet.

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Pinterest Tag, Reddit Pixel, X/Twitter Pixel, Google Search Console verification, Bing verification and AdSense tags are only loaded when configured by the site admin. Paid users do not receive in-app ad placements from our standard ad slots.
We do not intentionally send Google information that Google could recognize as personally identifiable information through our ad or analytics tags. Account emails, passwords, private planner notes and contact form messages should not be passed into ad tracking URLs or ad tags.
Your planner data
Your creator profile, rate notes, content ideas and campaign records are account data. They are not displayed publicly by default. Admin access exists for account support, safety review, abuse prevention, security and platform maintenance. Do not store sensitive legal documents, payment card data, government IDs or confidential third-party data in notes fields.
Data sharing
We do not sell private planner data. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate hosting, analytics, email, security, advertising or payments if those services are enabled. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, to investigate abuse or to enforce our terms.
Data security
Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text. The app uses CSRF protection, secure session cookie settings where HTTPS is available and restricted admin routes. No website can guarantee perfect security, so users should use strong passwords and avoid putting unnecessary sensitive information into planning notes.
Data retention
We keep account and planner records while the account is active or as needed for operations, legal compliance and abuse prevention. Contact messages and audit logs may be retained for support and safety review. You may contact us to request deletion or correction of your account data.
Children
This site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their location. The service is not directed to children.
California and US privacy requests
If you are in a US state with privacy rights, you may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal limits.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add product features, analytics services, advertising partners, legal disclosures or operational changes. The updated date at the top of the page shows when this policy was last revised.
