These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Influencer Planner, a JSAN Media product for influencer planning, creator profiles, campaign tracking, calculators, templates and educational content.
Use of the service
You may use Influencer Planner for lawful creator, brand, agency, marketing and educational planning work. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, spam users, scrape private account data, interfere with the platform or use the site for deceptive or illegal activity.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. JSAN Media may suspend or restrict accounts that appear to misuse the service, violate these terms, create security risk or upload abusive content.
Planner and calculator content
The calculators, rate estimates, ROI tools, budget tools and templates are for planning and education. They are not financial, legal, tax or contract advice. You should verify rates, campaign terms, platform rules, FTC disclosures, usage rights and payment obligations before making business decisions.
User content
You own the planning data and content you enter into your account, subject to any rights you grant to us to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of campaign records, creator notes, profile details, follower counts, dates, rates, links and disclosures.
Blog comments and other user-submitted public content may be moderated, rejected, edited for formatting, marked as spam, moved to trash or deleted if they violate our Comment Policy, create a safety risk or appear to be abusive, deceptive or irrelevant.
Payments and plans
Free users may see advertisements if AdSense is enabled. Paid users can be marked as paid from admin and are intended to use the app without standard ad placements. Any future paid billing terms, refunds, taxes and cancellations will be shown at checkout or in a separate agreement.
Advertising and acceptable use
You agree not to artificially inflate ad impressions, clicks, form submissions, comments, traffic or analytics. You may not encourage others to click ads, automate visits, hide ad labels, abuse referral traffic or use the site in a way that violates advertising platform policies.
US disclosure and compliance
For US-facing influencer campaigns, users are responsible for clear disclosure of sponsored, gifted, affiliate or paid relationships. This may include platform paid partnership labels, #ad, sponsored language or other disclosure methods appropriate for the format.
Intellectual property
The site design, software, tool structure, templates, brand elements and JSAN Media content are owned by JSAN Media or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or repackage the software as your own competing service without permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues, security events, third-party outages or updates may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JSAN Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the service, calculator estimates, campaign decisions, lost data, lost profits or third-party platform changes.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
